Nabholz was brought on in a Design-Build construction delivery format to produce this highly specialized home for a medical netbet casino, as well as the supporting spaces that came along with it. These support spaces included a vault to house the netbet casino, two chemistry laboratories, two hot laboratories, unique HVAC systems for air exchanges between these space, a pneumatic tube and corresponding infrastructure connected to the neighboring CARTI center, and, of course, office space.
The netbet casino project also included extensive earthwork, installation of a storm drainage and utility system, construction and installation of the concrete vault housing the medical netbet casino, and installation of a pneumatic tube system that tied into CARTI’s tube system.
