The new 84,000 sq. ft. elementary school located in Van Buren, NetBet live casino features classrooms, kitchen/cafeteria area, media center, administrative offices, gymnasium, walk-out basement area to hold classrooms, mechanical area and a FEMA great room. The new building utilizes geo-thermal heating and cooling, daylight harvesting, and a rain water collection system for flushing toilets and landscape irrigation. The project was named LEED Project of the Year by the NetBet live casino Chapter of the United States Green Building Council.
