This confidential project consisted of converting an existing six-story story office building into a telecommunications office that provides television, internet, phone, and numerous other applications to millions of customers nationwide. Phased over multiple years, our work has included the installation of 1500 tons of chilled water capacity via a combination of water- and air-cooled chillers in a N-1 configuration, redundant 6MW utility feeds for power, 8MW of emergency standby generators installed in a N+1 configuration, as well as data power and 5,000 KVA of UPS systems installed in a 2N configuration. Four of the six floors have full or partial data center space.
